Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received and verified.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high demand, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be extended. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and selected shipping method.

Delivery Times

Order Tracking

Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Your Glow is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.

Delayed Shipments

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Your Glow is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.

If you believe your package has been lost, please contact the shipping carrier first. You may also contact us at yourglow@ymail.com, and we will do our best to assist you.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged packaging
  • Photos of the damaged product(s)

We will review the issue and work toward a suitable resolution.

International Orders

If international shipping is offered, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country.

Your Glow is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.
