Welcome to Your Glow. We value our customers and strive to provide high-quality skincare and body care products. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
Returns
Due to the personal nature of skincare and body care products, we can only accept returns under the following circumstances:
- The product was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
- The return request is submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.
To initiate a return, please contact us at yourglow@ymail.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging (if applicable)
We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet the above conditions.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Opened or used products
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage
- Gift cards or promotional items
- Sale or clearance items (unless received damaged or defective)
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at yourglow@ymail.com. We may offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund after reviewing the issue.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if the wrong product was sent. To request an exchange, please email yourglow@ymail.com.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
